Worst customer service ever
Content that is downloaded only works for the current login session, so you cant download material and then access it when not in wifi range. Im giving it 1 star mostly because their billing policy is deceiving. I bought a 12-month membership for $50. Then they charged me $50 for 2 more months in a row. Apparently when you buy the yearly plan, you have to cancel the recurring monthly payments after the first month, which they dont tell you about. I cant get anyone to email me back from customer service so now Im out an extra $100 for an app that we dont even use. Poor customer service and poor user design.
